Enterprises shall adopt environmentally friendly production technologies to reduce waste discharge. Governments shall formulate and implement environmental protection policies to guide the whole society to embrace green development concepts and practices, jointly protect the Earth’s ecological environment and achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
